I hired this company to build a website and develop a store for my customers to checkout for my classes. They have not been able to do as promised so I'm hiring a new company to add an online store. They will not release my sign-in credentials unless I sign an exit contract. One day things are looking great next day they are removed. This has been a flipping nightmare with the most incompetent group. My initial contact was fired and I was turned over to another person who couldn't follow and fix issues. It's going on 9 months and it's still not completed. I've tried every avenue to get this fixed. Contact is once a week and nothing is done. Everything I was promised is not included because the person they fired was new and didn't put everything in contract. He's admitted his mistakes and this company will not stand behind anything. Requested phone call from owner have come across deaf ears. Names from e-mails are changed often with known movie actors. It's like a game to these crazy people. Save yourself time and aggravation and do not use this company.
