eSIM is a model of “good customer service”. If you have a 5+ rating, I’d give it to eSIM every time. I travel overseas a lot and always use eSIM. Anytime i have trouble installing and activating (and it happens because of my negligence or because the local network is different from one country to the next), i just need to say “Hi” on WhatsApp. Within <1 minute, someone comes online and always solves the problem. This just happened in Australia for me. And my line is working. Hurrah!
