I joined this tour with my granddaughter, and we didn’t encounter any major issues. Since I enjoy staying active and walking, I found the three-day cruise a bit short—it might have been better if it lasted one day more. The guides and drivers did an excellent job. However, the staff at the hotels in Florence and Venice were quite rude. Rather than helping, they chose to ignore the small problems we had. Overall, it was a good experience, and my granddaughter was especially happy, which is enough for me.
