I ordered a keyboard for my tablet along with some accessories for my smartphone. Unfortunately, the keyboard was discontinued. It took about a week for the company to reach out to me regarding this, and they refunded the cost of the keyboard. The accessories for the smartphone took several weeks to arrive in Sweden. The products are nice, so I believe it was worth it, but my shopping experience wasn't great since I didn't receive the keyboard, which I really wanted!
