I called to purchase a sampling of the product Freedom Plus. They would not live up to the offer made in their direct mail piece. It turns out the mailing was very misleading. That, coupled with their pressure to up-sell was not appreciated. I don't trust companies that act this way.P.S. I just received a copy of my bill that included a $4.95 “Logistics Surcharge”???
