Update : the customer service contacted me and offered a refund or a replacement unit. They did that within a week. Thanks for the trust and they are highly recommended !I’ve been skeptical about the price yet I decided to buy 3 bottles worth almost 400 AED after discount. I am greatly disappointed as the fragrances don’t last at all. Been using fragrances for almost 25 years and I have never faced such a situation where the eau du Parfum smell doesn’t even stay in the clothes. I even asked their customer service on whatsapp and they never replied about such a situation. Extremely disappointed and would never buy from them again. I’d rather pay an extra to get something genuine than to be fooled like this again.
