From start to finish I can't fault them! Before I booked the customer service over messenger answering my questions was prompt and helpful. Few days before I was contacted to run through timings and any questions. On the day we had Phil, he was on-time, professional, gave the birthday boy a 1-to-1 of the bus and some pre-photos. He was absolutely brilliant with a bus full of 8/9 year olds... 16 of them to be precise. He managed the boys rotating games so all had a fair play. I made a passing comment to him that I hadn't had chance to take photos and he told me not to panic he took some. The next morning so many photos was sent over to me which I am so grateful for. He packed away and off he went. I would 100% recommend them and will probably book next year!
