A good friend of mine died in a accident and his daughter of 20 years old asked if i could look at a nissan truck which she had seen on autotrader .I gave them a call and spoke to Naz who was very helpful. I asked about viewing it and he said about putting a holding fee on it which i did as I didn't want to disharten the girl. I went and had a look at it to find the grill was broken and waiting for a new one also the door trims were badly worn the aircon didn't work which Dillon said he would sort no spare wheel which they would put a repair kit in instead .not ideal.I viewed it on a Sunday which was good and on the Monday had Naz on the phone wanting a decision as he had someone else interested init that old chesnut antic which i replied if it sells it sells. I asked for the holding fee back . I did a check on the truck to find it had a recall on it which wasn't mentioned.For a prestige company which they advertise as they hadn't bothered to do the basics just looks like it was part x to them and just cleaned it.we didn't buy it as I didn't want the young girl having anymore problems. I've been in contact with Naz regarding the holding fee and the reply i got was .Hi your request has been declined for reasons stated at the time.i replied can you explain please.Naz replied this matter is closed.i replied can you send me the terms and conditions please as I've taken legal advice. Naz replied we are unable to communicate further on this matter due to previous attempts made within reasonable period. I'm not going to let it drop as it's not about the £200. It's the principal and the way we get treated i haven't mentioned it to the girl as she doesn't need to deal with it as well as loosing her Dad. I see it's only just been sold only took 3 months.We did manage to get the girl a truck from a good dealer they are out there .
