Superb customer service from initial enquiry through to fitting of the windows, which were completed this week. Pete the Surveyor explained everything in an easy to understand manner and we were kept fully informed throughout the process. Warren & Shane were friendly, experienced and helpful fitters, with nothing being too much trouble for them.Happy to recommend ESS as a great company to deal with.
We've just had 6 windows and front composite door and back door installed by ESS and absolutely over the moon with them. Good, old fashioned customer service, a very friendly team and competitive prices when we compared to other local companies. Will definitely be using again when we get round to a porch replacement planned for later in the year. Highly recommend
From the initial viewing and measuring to the installation and ESS made this a trouble free experience and at a great price. Couple of snagging issues sorted after fitting and all was good.
