This site appeared at the top of my Google search and went with them. They are not with the Government at all. I needed a DAC(Digital Access Card) and had to apply 3 days before my arrival. Didn't find out about this until I started my flight. I did get my DAC via email in 15 minutes after applying. But they said they would charge me $35 during the payment process. No I was charged $100 USD. I'll never use them again and will go through the Government. They are misleading and charge you way more then they said it would be.
