Just reported your scam practices to the US Federal Trade commission ( report number 190651735). Your site tricks people into thinking they are on the official US Govt site . At the time you ask for payment you don’t show the amount to be paid. Applicants are then shocked to find out from their bank statements that they have paid 8 times the amount payable on the official US Govt site. Let’s hope the FTC shuts this scam company down…..I just found out the domain company which hosts this scam site. You can make an abuse complaint to AWS CloudFront (GLOBAL) which hosts this scam website. Look up Contact info for this company. Trust Pilot did not allow me to put the email address here. I asked AWS Cloudfront to either discontinue hosting ESTA.visasyst.com or demand that they show the price they will charge applicants before processing payment….which is the main way they scam people. Update: ESTA.vistasyst.com just refunded my AUD $240 ( for 1 application) . My wife and I registered on the official site for AUD $31 each. It would’ve cost us $480 had I applied for both my wife and me on ESTA.visasyst.com, but I saw the $240 come through on my bank statement after doing the first application …..and then cancelled immediately and started putting legal pressure on them….good luck !
