Like many, I fell for this website coming up on Google as a top result and it wasn't until I checked my bank after the transaction that I found out how much it was.. $125 or £91.99! From what I can see, they do provide an ESTA but won't apply for it until 2 weeks prior to your travel date and it's a premium service you pay for. When you can get it normally for around $20The reason for me giving 3 stars and not 1 is the fact that as mine hadn't been processed (I'm not travelling for another 2months, I'm just very prepared), I went on their website, requested a refund and within 5 working days, I received it in my account. So whilst you can get it cheaper, in my experience I got a refund so I'm very happy.I will now be applying for an ESTA through the official website (which I've found through Gov.uk)My advice? If they haven't started it yet, send them an email saying you feel you've been misled by pricing not being readily available and as the application hasn't been processed, you no longer require their services and would like a refund.
