AVOID THIS SITE.I was in a panic and rushed to complete my ESTA, not noticing that I had clicked on a third party site instead of the official government site. They charged me $170 USD for the visa, which costs $21 USD on the government site. When the ESTA came through approved, they had entered my birth date incorrectly (despite providing photos of my passport, etc), so it was unusable and I missed my flight. You cannot apply for a new ESTA when you have one approved, so I could not even apply for a new one - this takes days to resolve (you can't just cancel it online, etc). They were unresponsive despite me having paid for a priority service.I eventually got onto someone at Customs who helped me to cancel it, and I applied for a new one through the official government site and it came through within a couple of hours... not worth paying for a 'rushed' service with a Third Party site, it is a scam.I applied for a refund through Esta Visasyst, as they actually have a refund policy claiming that 50% of their fee (less the government charge) will be refunded if you're not satisfied... but they only refunded $57, as my ESTA was 'approved'... didn't matter that it was unusable because of an error (it should never have been approved) and I missed my flight because of it.Avoid at all costs.
