Mr.Gethin Morgan was very thorough and easy to relate to. He told me the truth that I didn't need a Trust Will and that an ordinary Will would meet my needs. He told me about personal care and financial Power of Attorneys. He went through the costs of each part of the Will, and gave me time and space to finally decide what I wanted. He even recommended the Co-Op Funeral Plan and put me forward for that. He answered all my questions honestly and concisely. It was an absolute pleasure to be helped by Gethin.
Ian Skelly was fantastic at talking us through all the options available to us. What was particularly helpful was his ability to create scenarios that help us understand what can be sometimes complex and hard topics to grasp. Would highly recommend Ian Skelly and the Co-op Estate Planning team.
Its always best to have someone SIT with you to explain all the finer details, which are the most important points. Janina went into all the corners of the documents we had from a Will company which were recruiting in the supermarket and she highlighted areas which had not been addressed correctly!! She advised us that we could go back to the Company we had used but by now the trust had dissipated. We are now using the Co-op for all our business. She is excellent.
We have had a Teams call with James (Jim) Wood today, a Will and Estate Planning Consultant (Co-op Estate Planning) to discuss making new Wills and found that his advice and expertise were absolutely fantastic! James explained everything to us in detail and ensured that we understood all the legal processes involved. His knowledge is incredible going into details about inheritance tax etc.. We found James very friendly and were able to ask him lots of questions, that he was able to answer. He also gave us advice about LPAs. The charges are very competitive and well worth paying for such expertise. We are now proceeding with our Wills, thanks to James.

I had an appointment with Steven Pitman today, I honestly cannot recommend him more highly. He was absolutely brilliant, friendly, personal and exceptionally professional. After having made online enquiries about writing a will, we had an informative video chat with Gethin, from Co-Op Estate Planning. He explained all the advantages of having a trust will and persuaded us to both make wills with these added protections. This was much more expensive than I initially thought but I hope it pays dividends in the future. Gethin was very good at explaining things in simple terms. We are now awaiting our drafted wills and hope to progress quickly to get this done.
Caroline was really friendly and made me feel at ease. She made sure I understood everything that was discussed as we progressed through the meeting which I really appreciated as there was so much going through my mind.
On a subject that my wife and I had been putting off die to its morbid nature, our experience was a far more pleasant one than we originally had anticipated.
