I purchased an item in person at a convention in October from retailer. Upon unpacking the item later on, the item was damaged with parts missing. The box was sealed, but the damaged item was not in side of the box. Meaning that I could not repair the damage myself. After contacting customer support I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for the issue to be resolved. For the first few weeks the customer service was great, offering a quick resolution and being quite accommodating. After offering me a refund for the item, complete radio silence. Nearly 4 months have passed since I was offered a refund. After sending several follow up emails I have yet to have been responded to. I would avoid this retailer at all costs. It's been an overall upsetting and stressful experience when all I tried to do was buy a nice gift for my daughter and instead was met by an extremely neglectful customer service.
