I underwent a hair transplant at Estecapelli FUE Vita in early June 2025 (most premium package with Mossi Kit).Before the procedure, I was assured that with the given number of grafts, visible and near-complete results would be achieved within 3–6 months if instructions were followed. I followed all post-op instructions very strictly, including the Mossi Kit protocol. I also completed six PRP sessions, one per month, as advised (done in Germany).Now, after 7 months, the results are unfortunately not satisfactory relative to the ~5000 grafts extracted and implanted in the frontal half of my scalp.I have since consulted one doctor in Pakistan and one in Germany. Both independently advised that:• At 7 months, results are ~90–95% complete• Any further improvement would be minor (density only)• The visible density appears closer to what would be expected from ~2000 grafts, not 5000• The likely issues are graft survival and/or implantation strategy, including:o graft distribution (single vs multi-hair grafts),o angle and direction of implantation.They advised that this would require a careful corrective procedure, ideally FUE + DHI, performed directly by an experienced surgeon (not a hair-mill setup), and recommended waiting 5–6 more months for full normalization of the donor and recipient areas before proceeding.I have already shared my full month-by-month progress photos and proof of strict compliance with post-op instructions with Wali and Ajwa, and Wali has been very supportive throughout. However, Ajwa has been a bit mis guiding trying more of a Sales strategy with false expectations and emotional pushing.I am now respectfully requesting your personal review and guidance. Even a dedicated one-day evaluation and involvement from you would make a significant difference in properly assessing my case and determining the safest and most effective next steps. I have been highly recommended to ask my Surgeon to assure that maximum involvement including both extraction & implantation is done by the surgeon himself which would mean a day of time dedication by the surgeon to my correction case. The risks are very high because I have limited grafts now and failure in correction would mean a life long loss for me from which I would not be able to recover ever.Apart from 2 PRP offered after transplant I have done 8 more PRP sessions (1 each month to preserve results which costed me a lot in Germany aswell)I still trust your clinic and would like to proceed in a medically sound and careful manner, especially given the limited remaining donor capacity.
