To start with James is a credit to this company. I reached out over a year ago following a recommendation from a friend. I kept putting it off but that was just trying to find the right personal time for the recovery. James did follow up from time to time but I did not feel pressurised. I read reviews and knew the hotel/transfers were 5 star and that was the case throughout my time there. James never stops working and answers all my Qs really quickly. When I met him finally I felt like we knew each other for a long time. Onto the day itself. We had a chat about my preferences and I opted for Exclusive package, max coverage. James was honest about the outcome explaining they will aim for Max grafts and 1 visit option. All preliminary checks were completed and studio photo session done. I got the sense straight away at the design stage that they were really aiming for optimum results and took great care to get the head markings exact and showed pride in what they do. I will be honest, my procedure did take longer than expected but that was because they didn't stop until they got every graft possible. Extracrion was about 3 hours. Implants expect to take 3-4 hours but for me it was almost 6 hours and makes sense as they actually got 5250 grafts which is extraordinary. I got almost full coverage. They took particular precautions due to me being diabetic and added extra serum as final treatment. As I got back to the hotel James had already checked in on my well being and explained all the post op process for the night ahead. He checked.in early again next morning as expected. Next day wash.completed with due care and attention. All staff in this clinic seem to love their job and it shows that this is a great company. The 2 staff (apologies I don't remeber your names) doing extraction and implant were very dedicated to achieving top class results even if it meant they were last out of the building that day.
