So glad I had it done. Professional service from start to end. Rachel was brilliant answering all my queries straight away via What’s app, the driver Ali in my private car was so polite, Can (“John”) who carefully planted all 4300 of my hairs with his colleague was so reassuring. Staff worked the extra mile and nothing was too much. After care was brilliant too. Hotel was fab. Can’t fault this place. Will come back next year to have my crown downs thank you Este Capelli!
