I underwent treatment for hyperpigmentation and skin texture issues, which included peels, microneedling, and PRP. Unfortunately, I did not notice a significant improvement in my skin concerns even after 8 months. The texture remained unchanged, and while there was a slight reduction in discoloration, it wasn't enough to feel satisfied. I shared my worries during the treatment, leading to an adjustment in the plan. I also bought all the recommended skincare products. The clinic was clean, and the staff were pleasant, but there was no follow-up to check on my satisfaction or the effectiveness of the treatments. Although pictures were taken at each appointment, no one reviewed them with me to assess my progress. After expressing my concerns, a manager reached out but insisted I received the best treatment, despite my lack of results. Traveling a long distance and spending on treatments and products only to leave disappointed was frustrating. Additionally, when I tried to discuss product reactions with a clinician, the responses felt dismissive. I've ended up with pigmentation from a skin burn caused by the products I purchased, making my situation worse. It’s disheartening that the investment and emotional effort I put into this process didn't yield the results I hoped for.
