I am absolutely amazed with my experience at Estherian Clinic. From start to finish the care provided to me was excellent. My initial contact was with the Medical Consultant, Anna Shelaby, who was always helpful, available and answered all my questions in a prompt and professional manner. She has sorted a very convenient date for me as well and upon arrival to Istanbul everything was organised for us - a clear instruction of where to go and then a comfy limouisine that picked us up from the AirPort and took us to a very elegant hotel.The next day in the morning I was taken to the Clinic, met my translator, Khadijah who was exceptionally professional, kind and helpful. I spent the day having medical tests at the Medicine Hospital and then I met my surgeon, Dr Hanifi - a man who has been in the trade for many years and performs 4 or 5 such operations a day, so I knew I was in good hands. I came because of the recommendation of a friend of mine who had done this operation over a Year ago and lost a lot of weight, so I already came with a lot of confidence and trust in the process, but what I saw and experienced in real life even exceeded my expectations. The quality of the medical care in this Hospital was very high. Everything is modern and outstanding, all my needs were catered for and the best thing is that you can take one more person with you and the hotel plus hospital stay is paid for by Estherian Clinic.I took my husband and felt very safe with him by my side every night. He had his own sofa next to my hospital bed and could help me more at every stage of the recovery. All meals were provided for him, obviously I couldn’t eat after the Gastric Sleeve surgery but I was happy he didn’t have to leave the premises in search for food because this way he could be with me all the time.There was also another translator, Anthony, who sometimes covered for Khadi and he was very knowledgeable and professional, calm as well. All the nurses were very caring and nice. I have really problematic veins and everyone here in England struggled with inserting the needless usually but they were so good that they managed to do it the First time. I had drips changed all the time and overall I am extremely happy with everything. When I was leaving, I has a consultation with a dietician and I received all the necessary meditation, vitamins and protein shakes for home.I strongly recommend this place.
