Avoid Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli

My experience with Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli and his team has unfortunately not been positive to my great disappointment.Almost a year ago I underwent a forehead reduction. During my stay, communication was very unclear. For example, I was told that I could wash my hair on day 2. While during my checkup I was told that this was not the intention. This is crucial information for one's recovery. From a patient supervisor I expect to receive correct information.Also, pictures were taken of me during my surgery and posted on social media unsolicited. This is really unacceptable to just throw someone who is under anesthesia on the internet. I also asked in advance if there was anything else I needed to consider or purchase for my recovery. I was told I didn't have to get anything. Afterwards it turned out that I had to use shampoo without chemicals or perfume. They tried to sell me this at ridiculous prices. Furthermore, they hardly looked at me despite the fact that they knew I was coming alone and could hardly stand anesthesia.During my concult with the doctor I indicated that I wanted to keep the same hairline and also the proportion/roundness of my forehead, I wanted to lower my forehead in its totality a bit. Unfortunately this did not happen and I now have an unnaturally low and straight hairline left over from this surgery.I contacted the patient supervisor and explained the situation. After consulting with the doctor, I was told that doctor would be able to fix the disappointing results. However, I would have to pay the cost of tests, transfers and the operating room. For my first surgery I paid €3500 and now I would have to pay €1500 again which in my mind is very unreasonable since the doctor did not fulfill my wishes/agreements. Next to this I have to pay again for my tickets, hotel, take of from work and offcourse heal again.Now I know that the prices for the operation room are not that high so I asked for a detailed invoice. This was met with extreme difficulty. I then stated that this lack of transparency makes me suspect that they are still trying to take advantage of the situation and profit out of it. I received an unreasonable response. With difficulty I received an invoice and there were other costs that she did not mention. I reported this and then never got a response back.I would not recommend anyone to be treated by this doctor. There is no aftercare even though this is indicated beforehand. No one has contacted me to ask how my recovery went, they take no accountability, deliver poor results and try to make money from everything. Very disappointing because I tried to resolve it nicely with the patient supervisor.In addition I would like to point out that after I placed my review on google the clinic posted a lot of fake new reviews that are very positive but have little substance. This should be your biggest red flag!
