Very satisfied with my experience. Despite the language barrier, I have been taking care of from the airport at every step. Amina was such a great medical consultant. She was extremely patient and she was so generous with her time for all the questions and concerns. Dr Ahmet is an artist, he did such a great job ! It's obvious that the clinic and the staff make sure that the client is satisfied before he leaves. Even if most turkish don't speak much English, the translators are the most important person who takes care for you during all the steps in the Hospital. We met couple of them but the professionalism of Hasan made such a big difference by reassuring me and taking care of all the administrative procedures and translating everything between me and the nurses. I would advise that you don't go alone if you are planning surgeries that would request longer recovery. Although the recovery is pretty fast. I would refer Estherian Clinic 100%. I’ll go back next year for dental care and other procedures. Thank you all !
