From the day that I contacted to until the end after I finished the hair transplant. Also until I arrived back to the USA for weeks after I finished with my transplant, she reached out to me daily to make sure I’m ok and checking on my progress. She is very informative and will get back to me with anything/ answers/ especially with solutions whenever I asked questions or requests. She made it happen right away or at least a day. However, mostly she will keep me updated right away no matter even I’m in a different time zone. She has confidence and provided me with all the information that required for my hair transplant process.
