Used this company on the recommendation of a friend & we’re very pleased so far. Bed was delivered a week after ordering on a Wednesday, within the timeframe indicated. I was also called 30 minutes before as promised. It was delivered to a downstairs room & most of the pieces were too heavy for me to transport upstairs. My partner managed on his own, but I think he’d have struggled had the bed been king sized and not a double. It seems good quality & feels nice & solid. The black chenille headboard looks stunning. The lifting mechanism is smooth - it’s perfect in the guest bedroom.
