Purchased one of their beds after seeing their profile on social media. Absolutely superb company and here is why...The bed is gorgeous, quality is second to none, price is more than competitive and the instructions are easy enough to follow. We went for a velvet grey look and it is exactly what we were after.There was a slight issue with some minor damage to the wing of the bed. Esupasaver were responsive to my messages and happy to replace the damaged wing, free of charge and at a time that suited me. The customer service experience has been faultless and a reflection of the quality of their product. It’s nice to know that should anything go wrong for any reason, Esupasaver are happy to esupasave the day.
