My car was involved in a car accident with one of their holders. I was smashed into the back when I was stationary at a junction. This aggravated my sciatica injury which caused me to limp for several months. They accepted liability with the damages but are not willing to pay for my injuries. I am now having to take them to court for damages and I wont rest until they pay me for my troubles. The other driver was reckless, I could also smell he was drinking, I should have called the police but because he was so apologetic, I felt sorry for him. I will use new lawyers if I don't succeed with the current firm.
