Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is near on impossible to get a problem resolved quickly. The complaints procedure is shocking, you try and get a problem resolved and it takes up to 10 working days to even get a response. I’m betting lots of the reviews on here are made up to make them look better than they actually are!Edited- no you will not be getting my details, you have failed to resolve my issue so far. Your response to this review has been very fast, Shame your response to complaints isn’t as fast! I hope the CCW come down hard on you. If I could change water companies I would have done it a long time ago!!!
