Absolutely incredible service. A leak, coming up through the road outside my house, repaired within hours on a SUNDAY Quite a big job and required several technicians. Since I have experienced issues with water pressure from my hot tap and Essex and Suffolk water are sending a plumber to find out what the issue is. I know that by rights they are not obligated to do this.All of their staff both in the office and on the ground have been absolutely A+. I cannot fault them. And ……. you are actually able to ring them on their mobile numbers and get straight through. None of this ‘computer says no’ nonsense.
