review:I am extremely disappointed with Suffolk Water. Over the past few years, my water bills have nearly doubled—from around £340 to £642 in just three to four years. Meanwhile, my income hasn’t seen any increase, and yet I have no choice but to continue paying their inflated prices. It’s a terrible situation when you’re forced to accept rising costs year after year without any alternatives or competition. It feels like we are being taken advantage of, with no regard for the impact on our finances. Absolutely awful service and pricing—I’d give them zero stars if I could.
