I don't have latest bill so cannot set up online without speaking to these people or person, disappointed to say least.Leigh Maire - Basildon EssexCall answered after circa 40 minutes, was offered option of setting up online account or the agent doing it for me. I chose the online route with future contact in mind. Used account number passed to me by the agent but registration failed with unexpected error. Tried again but same error with option to call agent back. Gave up for another day.
