I have just received an email, stating my parcel will now be delivered to a pick up point.Baring in mind I had zero knock on the door and zero ring on the doorbell.I also have a notice on the door to state I am disabled and can’t get to my door quickly.I will now need to struggle to get out and pick my parcel up tomorrow. Absolute disgraceful.
