There was a great offer that I took up from e.tel for new customers. Unfortunately after activation of the sim card I wasn't able to use the phone for a week owing to a huge lack of help.Finally Cristina, apparently the only person in the support department, managed to get me going. It seemed she was so busy it took her that long to sort out the problem.Now its working fine... I'll update this after my first bill to let you know whether it was worth the wait.Thank you Christina.When all was running, I enjoyed the use of E-Tel's network. Unfortunately for me though there wasn't a strong enough signal where I was wanting to use it (Yamba and Maclean (NSW) region).Thanks for the opportunity to try the network.
