I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Eternal Perfume Oils.The perfume oil I received smelled stale and off on first opening, which is not what I would expect from a new product. The presentation of the item also differed from the images shown on the website, which was concerning.I contacted the company straight away to raise this, but my concerns were dismissed as simply not liking the scent, and I was told I would need to pay return postage. I felt this did not properly address the quality issue I reported.Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I would expect when raising a genuine product concern.
