I would not recommend purchasing from this service. My friend, who is undergoing cancer treatment, had a wig ordered in July, but it did not arrive until several months later. In the meantime, another wig had to be bought elsewhere. When it finally arrived, it was dirty, balding, and clearly used. The business owner who ordered it for my friend has been waiting almost 30 days for her refund of €1,000! It is disgraceful how a business can operate like this, especially knowing many customers may be going through difficult times. Stay away from this service.
