Has anyone had trouble getting their refund off this firm ? Ive I’ve been waiting 7 months to no avail. I have rang the company and was promised it would be resolved and that I would receive a full refund d in 30 days… 8 weeks later still nothing😡 then to be told they had trouble with the refund transfer! Still nothing. I had received a reply from lily to say she would chase this and that it was all sorted … still nothing
