Updates about the status of my order were fairly regular after many communications initially to start the process. The emails showed or told me where in the process my mother's diamond was, usually with a photo or short video of the actual process. The personal touch was nice. However, it took a REALLY LONG TIME. Almost two years, which seems excessive. Turned out they had to make a second one, as the first was not clear enough. And then FedEx was scheduled to bring it home on Tuesday, so I had arranged to be home all day to sign for it, and the guy showed up at 10:00 Monday morning, when I was not home. Thankfully I was coming back, and had to park on the highway behind his van because he was blocking my driveway.
