It's now been over 2 weeks since I reported my delivery was not delivered to my safe place as per my instructions DPD sent their photo of evidence of the delivery saying left in front porch , which was a complete lie their photo was of my order dumped in my front drive in plain site. My delivery instructions stayed must be left in front porch on order on actual address and on the actual door , Ethic Superstore continue to ignore me clearly expecting me to just give up I spend over £88 with them with some items being needed urgently they are aware of this I've chased them almost daily. DPD failed to follow the delivery instructions so my parcels left so visible have been taken and apparently Ethic Superstore think it's ok to ignore me. Until my items are delivered toe safety and I receive them not responsible for these items. I'm out of pocket and appalled at their attitude!!
