Absolute disgusting experience, missed connecting flight, not a single person knew the process, took 9 hours to get another flight. On return they rescheduled my flight 3 times, finally offered me a flight with 14 hours transit and no hotel, customer service is shambles. Not a single good thing to say about my experience, tried contacting customer services for 3 days, all I got was AI, a computer talking to me, chat to live agent took 4 to 5 hours to respond.
