I was denied check-in because of cargo overload. We had two tickets, one bought through the company’s website (my wife's ticket) and mine via a third-party platform. She was allowed to travel, but I was not. It seems that if you don’t book directly with them, you may face issues. They also attempted to avoid providing compensation, only offering to schedule a flight for me 1.5 days later. No compensation was offered, not even for the taxi fare. It feels like cargo is prioritized over passengers.
