I cannot recommend this company. I was charged twice when purchasing a shirt, and I only discovered it myself after contacting them. The refund happened only because I pointed out the mistake. What frustrates me the most is their response: no apology, no accountability for the error, and no recognition of the seriousness of overcharging customers. Simply issuing a refund without addressing the mistake is not acceptable customer service. The product is decent, but the service is lacking.
