I cannot recommend this company. I was charged twice when buying a shirt, and I only found out because I noticed it myself and reached out to them. The refund only occurred because I pointed out the error. What frustrates me the most is their response: no apology, no accountability for the mistake, and no recognition of how serious it is to overcharge customers. Simply issuing a refund without addressing the issue is not acceptable customer service. The product is good, but the customer service is lacking.
