Recently had trouble regarding a return which took about a month and a half. I started worrying because I didn’t even receive an email confirming they received my package but I reached out to the customer service team via email and they were very helpful. It’s important to state that I wish they had an exchange policy because I did not like dealing with a return when all I wanted was to size up in two shirts. Nevertheless, Annette got back to me and understood my situation. The customer service team did their job and that deserves to get commended!
