I paid 10p for what I thought was a one-time service, and NOWHERE did it say I’d be automatically signed up for a £49.90 subscription! This is deceptive, dishonest, and downright unethical.How on earth is this kind of hidden subscription even allowed? There was no clear notice, no confirmation screen, nothing stating I’d be billed nearly £50 for something I never agreed to. I only realised when the money was already taken out of my account!I’ve contacted them demanding an immediate refund and for them to remove my bank details, but honestly, this feels like a trap designed to exploit customers.Companies that do this rely on people not noticing until it’s too late — and that’s disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would.
