I deeply regret ever signing up for Etool AI. After canceling my subscription in June, I continued to be charged month after month—despite their own platform clearly stating “Once canceled, we will no longer charge you.” That promise was a lie.I contacted their support multiple times, submitted every document they asked for—including my registered email, payment method, and screenshots—and received nothing but automated, copy-paste responses. No acknowledgment, no resolution, and certainly no refund.Even worse, they kept spamming me with the same message asking for the same information I had already provided. It’s infuriating how easy it was for them to deduct money from my e-wallet, yet they’ve made the refund process deliberately slow and evasive.I’ve now deleted my account entirely, and I’m still waiting for my money back.
