I have had an extremely frustrating experience with ETQ regarding a return.I have repeatedly tried to initiate a return via ETQ’s website, but the return system does not work. Regardless of which email address is used, the system returns error messages stating that no eligible order can be found (auth errors). I have documented this with screenshots.I have been in contact with customer service multiple times and provided all requested information repeatedly (email addresses, postal code, and screenshots taken immediately after the order was placed). Despite this, they claim they cannot locate the order in their system.At some point, ETQ suddenly stopped responding to emails altogether. My last four messages have not been answered, despite being clear, documented, and reasonable.I have also tried calling their customer service, but there is no one available by phone.I am now stuck with an item I cannot return because ETQ neither fixes their return system nor creates the return manually or provides a return label — and they are no longer responding.This is far below acceptable standards, especially for a brand that positions itself as “premium.”Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ETQ.
