Do NOT order from the Melbourne warehouse. I placed an order Dec 2. Info at the time was: shipping method Australia Post, 2-4 business days. Then got an email update that it's coming from NY, so allow additional 5-7 days. Nothing arrived. No further updates. I made enquiries a few days before Christmas, but only got gaslighting in response. My order arrived yesterday, 3 January. MANY complaints about same Melbourne issue in other reviews. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering through this incompetent Melbourne warehouse.
