I'm generally content with the two purchases I made. The delivery was efficient and the tracking was reliable. However, I am somewhat disappointed to find that one of the items appeared to be used or returned, which was not indicated. The edges of one board I received had scratches. While it's not enough to warrant a return or deem it unusable, it's concerning enough that I wish I could be more satisfied, especially since it's intended as a Christmas gift.
