After I received this, within a couple of months, the base burnt out, so I contacted customer services, who said they would replace it which they did. However, they asked me to send the broken base back to them and enclosed an SAE to Ireland. Unfortunately, the Post Office couldn’t accept it as it was an Irish stamp, and I’m in the uk , so I had to fork out £9 for the pleasure of sending it back.Three weeks later, I get the SAME parcel back as , apparently, it “could not be delivered” for whatever reason. So, I threw that in the bin and carried on using the replacement base. However, the charge, unlike when I first had the brush, only lasts about three days maximum before I need to charge it again, so it’s completely useless for taking it away on holidays, which was the sole reason for buying it in the first place.Big disappointment and a total waste of money.
