Ordered from them on February 16th. It was shipped on February 22nd. When I went to check the tracking a few days later, I saw that the package was returned to wonderskin due to invalid data. I tried contacting them 3 times with zero response. Luckily, I purchased with Klarna as they have buyer protection. Today, March 31st, Klarna tells me they just responded to them yesterday. It's been a long while for even Klarna to get a response. Horrible is too kind of a word to describe their customer service or lack thereof. Buyer beware! You might not get your order. If you're still interested in trying them out, purchase with PayPal or some other method that has buyer protection.
