When I ordered the product the shipping time said 2-3 days, but then when I recieved my confirmation email it said ‘dispatched in 1-3 days’ - so I start to panic as I leave the country after 4 business days - 6 days after I originally ordered the product. We’re now sat here at 3 business days and the product hasn’t even been dispatched. I emailed the team after 1 business day asking to cancel but the reply I’ve had is ‘ Hi there, unfortunately, we’re unable to cater your request to cancel your order this time due to the high volume of orders currently being processed at the warehouse.’So inconsistent messaging, no warning about the long lead times and even when I do contact them - they make no effort to try and cancel my order.I will now have a package probably delivered to an empty house and sat around for weeks if not stolen or lost . Terrible communication and customer service.
